One-Year Guarantee
We stand behind our turf. If in any way you are not satisfied with our turf, simply call us within one full year of your delivery date and we will provide you with as much replacement turf as needed to repair your lawn–absolutely free. Our guarantee is limited to supplying replacement turf only.
To Qualify for Replacement Turf
- Proper ground preparation, grading, installation, and watering was applied
- Turf was installed on the day of delivery. Late afternoon delivery was installed no later than noon on the following day.
- A permanent underground irrigation system was installed and the sprinkler coverage is complete and uniform.
- Turf was not planted in an area with more than 50% shade.
- Turf was not damaged by pets.
- Turf was not damaged by a chemical application (fertilizer, herbicides, and insecticides)
- Turf was not previously replaced under this guarantee.
